Rolo Pretzels

A quick and easy bite size dessert or snack that combines salty pretzels with sweet chocolate and caramel, then topped with a fresh and nutty pecan.

Equipment

  • 1 sheet pan
  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients
  

  • Bag of Mini Pretzels
  • Bag of Rolos unwrapped
  • Bag of Pecan Halves

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Cover your sheet pan with parchment paper. Lay out as many pretzels as you have Rolos in the bag.
  • Sit the Rolos on top of the pretzels and put in the oven for 3 minutes or until you notice the Rolos are slightly melted.
  • Remove the pan from the oven and immediately squish a halved pecan onto each pretzel Rolo.
  • Let them cool so the chocolate can harden or throw into the fridge to speed up the process.
  • Enjoy!
